About majority of devotees still are not aware or do not understand Baba’s preaching and guidelines. Some superficial devotees take undue advantage in the name of baba and deceive innocent devotees Lord Shree Sai Baba . For instance, Many builders, Businessmen, Charitable trusts etc carryout their business on Baba’s name and squeeze out the blood of poor farmers and innocent people and earn maximum profits by giving them false promises,cheating,providing irrelevant information or even dragging their lands or properties etc. The poor people & farmers completely rely on then and hand over their own properties or hard money and approached are always misguided by these deceivers. Always try to provide accurate and reliable information to the people. Never try free labour from anybody and try to pay one for his hard work. As soon as you wake up in the morning always ask yourself to yourself that who I am?, While having meals try to think on it that who has given me this food?. And before go to bed think yourself what good and bad things you have done in the entire day? By doing this one can enhance his will power. If you are running for some sort of business in Baba’s name always keep in mind that whosever approaches you consider him as a part of Sai Baba and try to guide him properly,don’t cheat him in any case and try to provide him your best possible services. Always keep in mind Baba’ loves your sincere money. Never count the number of worships or parayans that you have done but always think on how much you can digest or implement Baba’s thoughts in your daily life. Baba's message to devotees Shree Lord Sai Baba has given us ocean with full of spiritual water and SAI SAHT CHARITRA POTHI in the form of a mirror. It is the duty of every devotees to drink this water and clean his mirror with chapter by chapter of lesson by lesson. When you completely clean your mirror (Implementing in your life) than you can see your full image with shining raises. He says "I'm hear to solve your problems, difficulties, sorrows and ready to show you clean clear road/path of life. But you must understand and implement it in your practical life., which he had indicated in SATH SAI CHARITRA POTHI by different chapters with illustrations for this you study his life, behavior, way of explaining the stories of different devotees and guiding innocently. In short, (1) To improve yourself, you family, you neboures, society and etd. (2) Try to help poor needy people. (3) Do not take any hard money and free labour from others. (9) Try to pure you mind body by way of Jap,Dhyan,Paranayam (reading) etc. (10) Never count how many times you have visited to shirdi/temple, how many times you        carried out paranayam (reading). But count what you understand and how far you have        implemented in you life. (11) Number i not important but implementation and action will change you whole life. (12) Try to digest an implement each and every chapters and explain to others. (13) Try to utilize you important time and life for benefiting others. (14) Please do not become angry or scolded on any one without any reason. (15) If your are not able to offer anything to a beggar, do not abuse him or give bad words. (18) Before entering your Dhayan Dhahrana room/starting your worship/reading/Jap, clean your        minds, your thoughts like a mirror and then see the powerful raises. (19) After getting up in the morning ask yourself, who am I?. While taking food ask yourself.        Who is giving foood to us? Before going to bed think of what good and bad activities your        have done. (20) Do not use BABA's money. If your are serving as a trusteed, employees, officers in any        temple or trustees place then please keep in mind whatever you doing, your are doing it        for GOD. Please do nto take any due advantage of your post/chair and harres or take        money form peples/devotees. (21) For any work you prayed/Navas (made promises) to god and that work is       fulfilled/completed then carry out that duty/promises as per your commitment. Guideline for devotee (1) Generally rainy season, Ganpati festival during February, March very limited devotee visits      during this time for the darshan. In this time darshan takes minimum 10 minutes to 1 hour. (2) During festival there is no Abhishek or Satyanarayana Pooja. (3) Satyanarayana pooja takes place in separate room as indicated block diagram p      aproximately charges 50 Rs. and Abhisheka they charge approximately Rs.25 (4) In festival it is very difficult to get hotel or Dhamashala. Sometime hotel owners they      increase their charges from 500 to 1000 Rs per day. (5) There is separate room for carry out the Parayana. (6) There is no guide for giving all the information about important places as well as nobody will      ask any money for any spiritual purpose. It is a advisable to attend Kakad aarti and      afternoon aarti. (7) All types of food available. (8) Heavy rush of devotees from South. (9) It is advisible to sit some time in Dwarkamai. (10) Some difficulties then visit lendibaug. (11) To read daily one chapter from "Saicharitra Pothi". (12) For the old age people(above 65) will get direct darshan.(approach PRO) (13) Take udi everyday along with water. (15) As long as you are in shirdi try to concentrate nam, jap, dhyana darshan etc. (16) According to your bank balance you will get benefit. (17) Spritual development point of view try to spend maximum time in Dwarkamai(in night) (18) Whatever you read try to understand, diggest and try to implement in practical life. (19) If you are difficulty please light insencestine stick(candle) in front of baba and        pray(in your innercoution)

Introduction Devotees of all the status of the society, from every corner of the Nation, use to come to Shirdi for Baba's Darshan. The number of Devotees coming to Shirdi is increasing day by day. The daily average of floating population is almost 25,000. So the demand for accommodation is one of the greatest requirement of these Devotees. Out of the visiting Devotees, the rich can afford to stay in luxurious & costly private star hotels, but common Devotees can't. Sansthan is taking care of these common Devotees by providing the accommodations at fairly affordable prices. Our accommodations are far better than the private accommodations, if considered on equal parameters. A simple room (non-attached with latrine & bathroom) with common facilities, is available merely at the charge of Rs. 50/-, which can accommodate four person. And the luxurious A.C. suits are also available at the charge of Rs.700/- per day. The New Bhakta Niwas is the biggest accommodation complex consisting 542 rooms of various categories. It is about 01 Kilometer away, on south of the Mandir Complex, on the Highway itself. Free bus service, shuttling between the New Bhakta Niwas & the Mandir Complex is provided round the clock. This complex is well equipped with the parking space, canteen facility, 24 Hr. water, electricity supply (with full capacity generator back-up) and the security. It is equipped with the solar hot water system. The Dharmashala Complex is on south-west of the Mandir Complex & on west of the Bus-stand, hardly at the distance of 0.5 Kilometer from S.T. stand. This complex is established in year 2000, mainly to facilitate the devotees coming in major groups. It has big dormitories & large halls to accommodate 15 to 80 people. The average charge, including the common services of latrine & Bath-rooms, is merely Rs.13/- per person. Every Thursday at 9’oclock Baba’s Palkhi starts along with the photo (Which is located at Chawdi along with Satka & Padhuka (Wooden slipper)	Along with the procession the priest & some of the devotees walked in front of palkhi & carry out Bhajans. During this time different types of devotees pay their respect

Aarti is carried out 9:15Pm. During this time for few minutes the sevakaris go inside the Dwarkamai (Where Baba usually is to sit) and two Sevekaris “Fan”
Baba’s photo and Padhukas	Chilim to Baba for smoking
After the aarti as over Baba’s photo and Padhukas are kept inside the palkhi and the devotees carry the palkhi on their shoulders from Dwarkamai to Chawdi. This palkhi reaches at chawdi and Priest carry Shejaarti.During this Aarti Tatyabhai Patil used to offer chilim to Baba for smoking. After finishing the aarti’s of Baba’s Photo and padhukas are taken to the Samadhi Mandir as indicated by a (Green color arrow) in the diagram of Thursday Palkhi Route. In this diagram the starting route of palkhi is indicated by the red arrow, here ‘S’ indicates Samadhi Mandir, ‘D’ indicates Dwarkamai ‘E’ indicates Chawdi. After reaching the procession in the Samadhi Mandir Baba’s photo is kept near the statue and sejaarti. Generally about two thousand devotees to five thousand devotees observe these procession and try to serve Baba by way of preparation for Palkhi by spreading flowers inside the Palkhi, making garlands, carrying the palkhi on their shoulders, drawing rangoli in front of Chawdi etc.
